“My wife and I first contacted Mark when planning a trip from out-of-state to Bella Vista to see if this community was right for us to retire in. He provided us with relevant material about the area, as well as things to do while here. It didn’t take us long during our initial trip to make up our minds on Bella Vista and Mark immediately went to work on finding a rental to allow us time to look for the right home. I could tell right from the beginning that he was a forthright person and I never had to wonder if I was getting completely accurate information.
